This is my first video tutorial I ever did, I think it went out very good. I did it for my Backup-Answer.com project.
When I did it, I found that it is not so easy as it looks like to create all those screen capture tutorials. However I also find out that it is fun, in a short time it is possible to create a very nice video tutorial, which can help and teach many people on a specific topic. I think I am going to do many short videos like this in the future.

For me, one of the hardest things of working alone is…. working alone.
The interaction with other people is indispensable to me. I didn’t know how much until this year. I used to work with other people all my life. In the army, in school, when I was an employee and when I had my own businesses. In the last year, since our start up (iGiza) stop working, and I decided to keep working on my own as consultant and on my own projects I felt the loneliness. However, I just felt it in the last month, since I started to work in a team again.
I met Adam, John and Katie almost by mistake, the first two live in the US and Katie is from Australia. We become a team of entrepreneurs, each one brings different strengths and together we develop a much larger project than our private ones. We brainstorm, we teach each other, we learn from each other, and we communicate with each other. Now I suddenly understood how important to me is working in a team.
I also felt this when I was working on my own project, and I outsource some of the work. I met a great man from Calcutta, India this way, we had many things in common and we even might visit each other one day in Israel and India. It was very pleasant once again to talk to someone in a professional way.
So is TEAM WORK better? for me, it is! However, each person is different, how is it for YOU?
I discovered that people need their knowledge concentrated and compact. This is exactly why people still buy books, all kind of books, real off line books as well as eBooks.
I also discovered an industry which is so full of knowledge, BUT this knowledge is so confusing. So, I am going to write down the best report, full report about this industry. I am going to sell this report using one of the big names in electronic products on-line.
This venture is going to give great value to people, it will give them time, it will give them knowledge and it will help them free their mind a little bit. I am very excited, I will tell you all about it in a few days.

After setting some campaigns I realized that this is going to be a HUGE business, and as such, I must treat it well. I decided to stop and learn. I decided to stop and set the best infrastructure I can. What does this mean?
I read some eBooks about affiliate marketing.
I took a real off line about spirituality in connection with money and business; we learned what are the fundamentals that every new business needs.
I planned my steps ahead – some call it – “Business Plan”…
Now I am ready.
Now I will continue with setting campaigns and help surfers worldwide to find what they need best.
My business can look at the affiliate marketing arena from both sides. From one hand I am an affiliate myself in a various affiliate programs, from the other hand, I advice and act as manager of other companies affiliate programs.
This point of view is very interesting, as an affiliate you are looking for the most beneficial and attractive programs, and as a program manager you need to develop the most attractive program, but you also need to understand the limitations you have.
What makes an affiliate program attractive :
The compensation plan – the percentage amount, when the payment is due, what are the creative tools the company delivers and so forth.
The company sale site – if the website is good, interesting, but most of all it gets the customer to buy, in other words it has good conversion rate, then it is good.
If both terms are met, then the program is good, if one of the terms fails completely or just partially met, than the affiliate should decide whether this program is good for him or not.
The affiliate program manager should create the atmosphere and terms that everyone will be happy, the company and the affiliates – both should feel that it is a winwin situation.

Since I decided to close iGiza, I get different types of offers and requests to advice and consult small businesses about Internet marketing & affiliate marketing.
It’s true, iGiza succeed to purposely form BUZZ with only a small beta pilot service like other companies did with much bigger and mature services. We did it because we understood people; we understood what drives them, and what they are looking for.

In the middle of 2003 I launched my network marketing business, and after a few months I run a business of more than 100 independent distributors, and I became expert about the immediate demands and wishes of many people. Later on 2006 when I founded iGiza, we found out that people are people are people, regardless what their position is, how much money they have or where they live. A few months ago I dove deep into the field of affiliate marketing, since I understood that this is one of the best methods to market small to medium size companies’ products and services. I was very busy the last couple of weeks in closing iGiza - the start-up company I founded more than a year ago with Tal Alon, Nira Oliver, Barak Levi, Ofer Bar and Tomer Greenbaum.
It is not a cheerful thing to do, closing a company that you and your partners worked thousands of hour to make it a huge success.
BUT, one should also learn how to say good bye and continue with life.
Although we got very good responses to our pilot service (www.uniknet.net) and great feedback to our presentation at TWS2007 event, we had no success in raising money. Unfortunately, After 14 months of full time self funds operation we have reached the point where we can no longer continue to work on our personal funds.
Eventually people can’t work without money forever. Next time we will develop the money generated features first.
Happy customers & users (which we had) cannot help if they don’t pay. Happy customers who pay and recommend others to come and pay as well can make the entrepreneurs very happy
Every business must have GOALS. Goals give you motivation, they show you the way. If a ship goes out from the harbor but doesn’t know where it aims, it will arrive nowhere. A business, similar to a ship, must have a destination. When you reach a certain destination, you should set another one, and another one, and so on. There are three ways to set goals:
What I know I can get – maybe I even already have it.
What I think I can achieve – by setting a good plan I believe I can get it.
What I desire for – what makes the fire in my belly really blaze.
The first two options are not good, these options won’t take me to real new heights. The best way is to set goals that thrills me, makes me excited. BUT this is also the scariest way…Now, let go back to my goals. Right now I yet do not have even one running campaign. I set goals for the coming year. I will write them here periodically, the first goal is set to be for the end of next month (November), and it is:
“30/11/2007: I am so excited and happy now that I earn (profit) of $100 daily in my new Internet marketing business!”
You know what, this realy makes me happy and excited. I am going to work now.
I believe that we have great powers. I still don’t know (I might never know) how to use all my powers and how to empower others the best, but I am learning every day.
I believe that in order to succeed, in every area including in the Internet Marketing arena, one must decide and believe that he can succeed. There are many more things to know, and Anthony (Tony) Robbins knows most of them. I viewed this lecture by where Anthony Robbins explains how to unlock your true potential, and asks the audience (including former Vice President Al Gore) for a bit of high-level interaction. I recommend every one to watch it. It is very interesting and even funny.
